Testimonials

I am not sure where to start with Paul. He appeared, took on his brief and then we started to see just how much else he had to offer.Paul has an inexhaustible expertise and we have found him able to engage all of our staff in some excellent CPD which has made a big impact on the quality and calmness around our school. Paul's impact on our classroom's has been based on high expectations but with rapport and staff student relationships at the heart. He will lead on our teacher education programme for next year and I can't wait to see the long lasting change that this brings about.Tim Marston, Princiapl of Willenhall Academy

Paul is one of those rare teachers that marries the rigour of process, structure and science with the art of innovation, empathy and kindness.Working with Paul is a joy and a privilege. He uses a depth of knowledge and passion for learning to inspire and engage students and teachers from very varied backgrounds, cultures and abilities.Roy Leighton, Author, founding director of Positive Peace Cambrige and Undiscovered Country

Thank you for delivering the excellent rapport CPD. The session was targeted, thoughtful and highly engaging. The entire staff was captivated by the tone and content; it was research driven, amusing and immediately implementable. I have heard teaching and support staff across the academy use the language of the session to reflect upon and inform their practice. After one month it is clear that the rapport session has had a tangible benefit to the academy.Maughan Johnson, Deputy Principal

Paul's workshops are engaging, thought provoking and fun. The students responded really positively to Paul and his ways of teaching. We particularly like that Paul runs the session in a circle, this makes his sessions powerful and inclusiveJ Davis, Holte School

Thank you very much for all of the work gone into creating this curriculum. The quick turnaround is very much appreciated and we are now in a really good position for Geography whereby our curriculum is inclusive and captures the really interesting aspects of Geography. The MTPs mean both specialists and non-specialists will be able to plan lessons with ease. It has been a pleasure!Stephanie Howells, North Birmingham Academy

Paul's in-depth knowledge about systems and research are a joy to listen to. His ability to translate this into classroom situations and to the needs of individuals shows his ability to create the correct environment for each person he works with.Ginny Bootman, Author, @sencogirl

Paul is an experienced leader at both middle and senior leadership level, with a real passion for education and making a difference in student's lives. He is intelligent, articulate, well read and has researched best practice both nationally and internationally. His main ethos and belief was to support students become resilient and independent learners, helping them believe in themselves and tap into their full potential. Paul did this by building very strong relationships with his students and developing their curiousity and love for knowledge.Ahmed Hashim, Senior Deputy Principal

Paul's coaching has been a hugely rewarding experience. His passion and commitment to the profession has been a fabulous source of inspiration and motivation for me personally. I have highly enjoyed each coaching session and come away with clear direction and focus each time. He has been supportive, yet engaging and challenging. I have really benefited from his astute and insightful suggestions on how to improve my teaching. If you are looking for someone who cares, is knowledgeable about all pedagogy and can rekindle and advance your teaching practice, then I would highly recommend Paul.Karen Shaw
